Penn State men's soccer wins Big Ten title

The Penn State men’s soccer team defeated Indiana 3-0 on Nov. 14 to claim its first Big Ten Tournament title since 2005.

The Nittany Lions (13-6-1, 6-2-0 Big Ten), who were the tournament’s top seed after winning the regular season conference title, avenged a defeat to the Hoosiers in last season’s Big Ten Tournament final. They earned a first-round bye in the NCAA Tournament and will take on either Hofstra or Lipscomb on Nov. 21 in a second-round game at Jeffrey Field.
