Mission: Providing students interested in sculpture with the resources and support to seek out professional and academic growth. The Sculpture Club holds meetings in the Visual Arts Building at University Park, where the culture of the group blends with that of the students and classes in that building, says president Greta Miller. Club members take road trips to art museums and host visiting artists in person or over Zoom, but much of their time revolves around learning various creative styles, including crocheting, weaving, ceramics, and woodwork. “Students want to make things,” Miller says. The club presented a student art exhibit in the Zoller Gallery this spring.
