A: Focus on experiences that showcase your core strengths from both inside and outside the workplace.

 

Q: How do you impress in an interview?

A: Be yourself. Bring questions showing your true interest. Follow up with a thank you note—handwritten if possible.

 

Q: What’s the one piece of advice you wish you’d heard when you were starting out?

A: Network early and often—you never know when those connections you make early in your career will be beneficial down the road.

A: Leverage the Penn State network. Use us as a sounding board for your aspirations and career interests.
