Allen Moyer ’82 A&A, an alum of the Penn State School of Theatre, is a 2022 Tony Award nominee for Best Scenic Design of a Musical for his work in “Paradise Square.”

Moyer, who majored in theatre arts at Penn State, has designed sets on Broadway since 1996, and his designs have also appeared in numerous national operas. He was previously nominated for a Tony in the same category in 2007 for his work on “Grey Gardens.”
