I love this picture of you — it conveys the curious, idealistic, pundit I knew/know…. yes, yes, yes, I promise I won’t come to S. College w/o splitting a bagel with you! I’ve just changed my work sit. and live away from Selinsgrove for the time being. I’m actually camping out the next two nights, start w/ a new roommate for 4 days per week NEXT week. Go figure!

I just got the new issue of The Penn Stater in the mail – the one with the bad-a$$ volleyball players on it. I only got as far as your letter, Tina, but I loved it. The story about Harry, and those precious photos, touched the heart of a cat-lover like myself. I have two of my own (http://tinyurl.com/ahs5hf).

Also, just wanted to say how much I love the new blog. Ever since I started blogging, I’ve become an avid reader of blogs, and this one has made it to my dailiy reading list.

I would be interested in reading more about your alum AP Whitehouse reporter Ben Feller. His surname is part of my family heritage and his bio would be an interesting read. His first question to the President last evening was direct and unbiased.

Just wondering if you could email me so that I might get a copy of the Betsy Aardsma article I was interviewed for when it comes out.

My uncle is a Penn Stater, as are my sister and brother-in-law, but I’d love to have a copy of Vicki’s article to see how it turned out. I spent an hour or so on the phone with her discussing the case and think she is going to do a great job!

Derek — I’m happy to send you a copy of the magazine when it comes out. (Next week sometime, most likely.) I tried e-mailing you just now, but it bounced. Just e-mail me at tinahay@psu.edu and tell me your mailing address. Thanks. –Tina

    DearTina Hay,

You are such a fine writer; keeping up with your Penn State stuff, so unique because of your personality (sense of humor!) ,is a delight. You go girl!

I enjoyed meeting you today, Tina. Thank you for your interest in my high school theater students. They are very passionate about their art.
