Active in the Phoenix Chapter of the Alumni Association for more than 16 years, Tamara Abromitis '07 Com was a passionate volunteer for the Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation and the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.

Robert D. Marciniak ’65 Eng, ’69 MS, ’75 PhD IDF enjoyed a prolific 54-year career at Penn State’s Applied Research Laboratory, and his patents and research projects spanned biomedical, aerospace, automotive, oil, and semiconductor industries, among others.

Theron “Terry” A. Schnure ’63 Eng, a U.S. Navy air intelligence officer and president of the Connecticut Valley Chapter of the Alumni Association, enjoyed a 49-year career as a Connecticut state criminal justice planner, where he was committed to getting local and state law enforcement to work together.
