We’re just wrapping up our January/February issue, which includes a profile of the Nittany Trombone Quartet, which celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2012. Bruce Tychinski ’92, ’95g, Sean Reusch ’91, Matt Neff ’92, and Jon Moyer ’93 started playing together as Penn State undergrads in the late ’80s, and they decided to mark their quarter century together by releasing their first CD. Christmas with the Nittany Trombone Quartet, featuring original arrangements of 25 Christmas classics, is available for purchase on their website, and you can also download a digital version at CD Baby. And this Sunday, they’ll play a free concert in Altoona, Pa.—the website has details on that, as well.
Check out the video below to see—and hear—the guys in action.
