Are These Penn State’s New Football Jerseys?

I was flipping through the new issue of Blue White Illustrated last night when an ad on page 21 caught my eye. I’ll let the photo speak for itself.

I trust most fans will note the removal of the piping on the neck and sleeves. The possibility of Penn State making its first major uniform alteration in a few decades (not counting the early ’90s addition of the Nike Swoosh) first came up in February; this ad doesn’t explicitly state that these are the team’s new game jerseys, but that seems to be the implication. What do you think, Nittany Lion fans? Let us know.
