His honorable memory stands far taller than all the small minded mediocre BOTs who think they “terminated” him. Long live the spirit of dedication and honor that he nutured at Penn State.

I got my season ticket when I was 5. Joe Pa gave me family traditions…growing up we left the house on football Saturdays at 6. We met at my Uncle’s in State College and had 10 cars in our tailgate line. I dreamed about sitting in the student section. I met my best friends at PSU and FedExed Peachy Paterno ice cream for my wedding. JoePa will always be Penn State and he will always be missed. Sue and the rest of the family are in our heats and prayers.

Tina -
Two tough issues of the Penn Stater back-to-back. You and your team are doing an amazing job! Keep up the good work and know that our hearts and prayers are with you and your team as they are with the Paternos and the whole Penn State family.

Even though I was not a football player, just a student, I felt like he was a home away from home dad to me. Everyone felt that, that is why he was nick named JoePa. I feel a pit in my stomach like I did when my own dad died. RIP Joe, Job well done!
