A Last-Minute Gift Idea

I can’t technically recommend it (because I haven’t actually read it), but I’ll go ahead and offer a quick plug for the latest novel from David Morrell ’67, ’70  PhD: The Spy Who Came For Christmas.

1593154879Morrell, whose 1972 debut novel First Blood inspired the movie Rambo, returns with a holiday thriller set in Santa Fe,  N.M. The characters include Russian mobsters, a charismatic Middle Eastern preacher, and a double-agent with a five-week-old baby hidden under his jacket; like I said, I haven’t read it, but it certainly sounds compelling.
